Monday 

  • 5 – 5:45pm Everyone Yoga

  • 6-6:30pm Flow Yoga 

  • 6:30-7pm Core

  • 7-8 pm Hatha Yoga – (All Levels)


Tuesday

Mornings:

  • 7-8 am Sunrise Yoga 

  • 8-8:30am Meditation Morning 

Evenings:  

  • 5-6pm Teen Yoga

  • 6-7 pm  Hips and Back Yoga – (All Levels)

  • 7-8 pm Healing Yoga  (All Levels)
