Labor day yoga challenge! Come join me at 5:30 Monday for 108 sun salutations (Surya Namaskara A) at Pipers lagoon. All fitness levels and abilities are welcome to try it out. You must be able to get up and off the floor with ease. (Resting on your mat is acceptable if you need to sit out a few rounds:) It takes about 1hour and 10 minutes – with an intermission of 10 mins at the half way point. – I challenge you to get your Zen on!!!
