2019 Summer Yoga Schedule

Starting June 3rd – September 10th, 2019


Monday 

    • 6-6:30pm Flow Yoga 

    • 6:30-7pm Core

    • 7-8 pm Hatha Yoga – (All Levels)


Tuesday

    • 5-6pm  Sea Side Sanga 

    • 6-7 Yoga Beats – Teens & Young at Heart

    • 7-8 pm Yoga for Self Compassion 

 Cost of $5 an Hour

Location: Pipers Lagoon Park

You will need to bring:

  • Mat
  • Towel/ blanket to lay on the ground (protects yoga mat)
  • Water
  • Dress in layers (it is often windy at the beach)
  • Blanket (optional but highly recommended)

Dress in Layers!!!!

There is always a breeze down at the waters edge. Dress accordingly!
